More than 250 direct supplier agreements: we will quote.
While onboarding is hands-on, we take on a limited number of new customers each month.
What every plan does
The same work on all three. The plans are priced for different numbers of direct supplier agreements.
Your agreements, then your statements
We read what each agreement pays, work out what your purchases earned, and match that against what the supplier paid.

How we are paid
Why we price it this way
The UK Groceries Code Adjudicator, writing about the consultants that UK grocery retailers pay to recover money from their suppliers, said paying them on commission “encourages the maximisation of volumes and values of claims, perhaps without regard to whether the claims are valid”.

- The price is set by how many direct supplier agreements you hold. It does not change with what we find.
- We never take a percentage of what you recover.
- Nobody at Spreadjust is paid on the amount we find for you.
- Your suppliers pay us nothing.
- We prepare every claim. You review it and send it yourself.

Every figure is quoted from the vendor’s own public page on the date shown, including the wording on their buttons.

Speedy Labs reads the contract and reconciles the buying group statement. Its page is written for foodservice distributors, it states SOC 2 Type II, and it says it is backed by Google Ventures and Y Combinator.
Band covers special pricing agreements, vendor rebates and customer rebates, and says it connects to Eclipse and Prophet 21 by API or flat file. It states SOC 2 Type II.
Vendortell’s page is the one of these four with a free trial button. Its €69 is Contract Management and its €249 adds Incentive Management, and it states SOC 2. We do not.
Vendortell prices by number of contracts, and its page opens on 20 contracts with yearly billing, which is where €69 and €249 come from. At 100 contracts the same page shows €276 and €996 a month, at 400 contracts €690 and €2,490, and paying monthly shows more again. Past 400 contracts it labels the amount “Expected price” and shows a phone number.
Ours is priced by number of direct supplier agreements, per month and billed yearly, with a one-off setup on top of the monthly price.
These are four vendors we checked, not every vendor that shows a price. incentX, for one, shows plans from $200 a month on its own pricing page, priced by annual ERP transactions.

Questions about the price
So you can decide whether this is worth a file transfer without booking anything first. The table above carries what each of the other four publishes and the words on their own start buttons, quoted from their pages on the date we read them.
No. The statement check, the claim packet and the audit file are the same on all three. The plans are priced for different numbers of direct supplier agreements.
Billing is yearly, in advance, and the price on this page is per month. Paying monthly instead of yearly costs 25% more. Prices exclude taxes. We confirm the price to you in writing before any charge.
We will quote. Tell us how many you hold and we will write back with a price.
Then you have a checked answer that your rebates are being paid right. The first pass is free for the first ten, so finding nothing costs you a file transfer.
You stop by telling us, and nothing further is charged. The year you have already paid for is not refunded by default. The product downloads your agreements, purchases, statements, findings and claims as spreadsheet files.
Try it before you pick a plan.
One statement and the purchase export for the same period. We match every line against what you bought and send back the difference, with the clause under each figure.
The first pass is free while we onboard the first ten distributors.
